Kuna Yala / Coco Banderas

Ein paar Meilen weiter, vier kleine und - wie immer hier - flache Palmeninseln, jetzt ankern wir in den Eastern Coco Banderas Cays. Neben den Inseln gehts gleich mal auf etwa 12-20 Meter steil runter und das macht das Ankern hier spannend. Viel Platz ist ja nicht zwischen den Inseln, besonders weil ja die Nachbarn von der Esperanza und der Brightstar mit ihren riesigen Schiffen auch hier liegen. Die arme kleine Onotoa muss sich da immer irgendwie reinquetschen.

We only made it a couple of miles to the next group of islands and now we are on anchor at the Eastern Coco Banderas. Four scenic tiny islands, full covered with large coconut trees and a white sandy beach....

Anchoring here in the San Blas islands is always a bit tricky, there is limited space to swing and water gets quite deep very fast. Well and you have to watch for corals all the time.
