Psara-Andros

In Lesbos hatten wir eine tolle Wanderung von Eressos nach Sigri, als wir zum Boot kamen war es schon finster. Am naechsten Tag haben uns bei der Einfahrt nach Psara wieder mal Delphine begruesst und wir sind schon weiter und ankern heute - danke an Herbert und Angelika fuer den guten Tipp - in Batsi auf der Insel Andros.

At Lesbos island we had a nice walk from Eressos to Sigri, it was alraedy dark when we arrived at the boat. The next day we saw some dolphins at the entrance of Psara and now we are on anchor in Batsi on Andros island (thanks to Herbert+Angelika for the information, its nice here!)

Psara

Ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Aegaeis liegt die kleine Insel Psara, aber wie (fast) ueberall gibts einen Baecker, einen Supermarkt und ein Internet-Cafe und natuerlich einen von der EU gesponserten Wanderweg (170.000 Euro) auf den Huegel ueber dem Ort, von dort stammt das Photo.

Right in the middle of the Aegean Sea is the small island of Psara and like almost everywhere there is a supermarket , a bakery and an internet cafe. Well and also a hiking path up the hill next to the small village paid by the EU. We took this pic from the top.

Endlich schwimmt die Onotoa wieder und gleich bei der ersten Ausfahrt zu Insel Oinoussa hatten wir Besuch von Delphinen.Wir sind dann weiter zur kleinen Insel Psara und dort hatten wir wieder Besuch, diesmal aber keine Delphine sondern zwei Oesterreicher die mit dem Schlauchboot !(!!) in drei Wochen von Wien aus die Donau runter und uebers Schwarze Meer, Bosporus, Dardanellen in die Aegaeis gefahren sind. Weiter gehts nach Athen und dann durch den Kanal von Korinth in die Adria mit Ziel (in einer Woche) in Trieste. Tolle Reise, mal ganz was anderes.....zu sehen auf http://www.tukkentour.at/

Finally back in the water and on our first trip some Dolphins guided us to Oinoussa island. From there we sailed down to the small island of Psara and we had a strange meeting with two crazy Austrians who started three weeks ago from Vienna with a small Dinghy. They had travelled the river Danube all the way down into the Black Sea and via Istanbul into the Aegean. Now they continue via Athens and the canal of Corinth into the Adriatic Sea and they plan to arrive at the port of Trieste in seven days. See their voyage at www.tukkentour.at
