Am noerdlichen Ende des Dodekanes hat es uns, wie auch letztes Jahr, sehr gut gefallen und jetzt sind wir erstmals mit der Onotoa in Samos und haben gleich eine schoene Wanderung gemacht und die Wasserversorgung der Stadt Pythagorion besichtigt, welche im Jahre 600 vor Christus durch den Berg (ueber 1km!!) gegraben wurde. We enjoyed the northern part of the Dodekanese and now we are at Samos island and had a very nice hiking tour today. We saw the ancient watersystem of Pythagion town and it was fantastic to see how the old greeks had solved the problem to get water into the town, see the story at www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunnel_of_Eupalinos - its worth to check it!
