Der letzte Besucher / the last visitor - 2009

Mit Peter hatten wir immer guten Wind und so waren wir wieder mal unterwegs von/nach Astypaleia.
We always had good winds when sailing with Peter so we again sailed to/from Astypaleia.

Vor 24 Jahren waren wir hier auf Hochzeitsreise, mit unseren lieben Freunden Peter+Monika haben wir jetzt wieder eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht, wir sind aus Santorin über Anaphi nach Astypaleia und wieder zurück nach Anaphi gesegelt und hatten immer viel Wind.
24 years ago we had been to Astypaleia on our honeymoon vacation, now we spent some days here again with our good friends Peter+Monika. We sailed with them from Santorini via Anaphi to Astypaleia and back to Anaphi and we always had strong winds.

Kleine Ostkykladen - Small Eastern Cyclades

Mit unseren neuen Besuchern, Andrea und Viki, sind wir dann weiter zu den kleinen Ostkykladen, einer Inselgruppe südlich von Paros/Naxos. Wir waren dann in Schinoussa und Iraklia, wo trotz Hochsaison doch merklich weniger los ist als in den Touristenzentren wie etwa Mykonos oder Paros. With our new guests, Andrea+Viki we sailed to the small eastern Cyclades, located south of Paros/Naxos. We had been to Schinoussa and Iraklia and even in the main season its not as crowded as in the centers of tourism, Myconos or Paros. Mit Sylvias Mama, unserem zweiten Besuch, haben wir ein paar ruhige Tage in Rineia verbracht und auch Franz mit seiner Bright Star haben wir wieder getroffen. Es gab österrichische Hausmannskost: Gselchtes mt Erdäpfelpüree und als Nachspeise Marillenknödel. Eine kleine Eule hat sich in der Nacht auf die Onotoa verirrt , Animals First hat ihr natürlich das Leben gerettet!

We had some days on the silent island of Rineia with our 2nd visitor, Sylvias mother. We again met Franz and his Bright Star and we had a great time with Austrian homemade cooking - i will not (or can not) translate what we had - ask Franz and Sylvia. One night we had a young owl inside the boat but http://www.animalsfirst.at/ saved her life.

Unser erster Besuch ist da und Mutti ist auch so richtig gesegelt auf der Onotoa und das bei 20kn Wind.
